â â â â â A primeira vez que fui atendida na recepção pelo Matheus foi super educado na marcação de consulta. ApĂłs isso usei wats app para tentar desmarcar uma consulta e remarcar uma outra data. Fui mal atendida.Uma pessoa despreparada e indiferente. Sem cordialidade alguma e ainda me respondeu que nĂŁo precisa de amor para trabalhar com pacientes e sim profissionalismo.
Só retornarei pq os médicos são excelentes mas a recepção que é a comissão de frente e péssima.
Fiquei super frustrada e mal atendida.
The first time I was seen at the reception by Matheus I was super polite when making an appointment. After that I used wats app to try to clear an appointment and reschedule another date. I was poorly attended. A person unprepared and indifferent. Without any cordiality, he replied that he doesn't need love to work with patients, but professionalism.
I will only return because the doctors are excellent but the reception is the front and lousy commission.
I was super frustrated and poorly attended.
