★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei com ele um dia antes, e o mesmo no dia em que nos falamos ele já estava enviando áudios de pessoas que combinaram e não cumpriram, até aí tudo bem.
No outro dia entrei em contado com o cidadão, confirmando o serviço. Assim que cheguei no devido local, enviei minha localização para ele e fiquei aguardando-o, assim que ele chegou no lugar, já veio todo acelerado perguntando onde estava o carro, eu disse: Esta aqui na garagem.
Aí foi que ele começou a falar um monte e s m necessidade que eu não havia pedido a ele para ajudar em nada. Fomos arrumando o carro, eu e mais 3 pessoas sem contar com ele, e ele já começou a dar opiniões, tudo bem, mas ficou irritado pelo um serviço que eu paguei e ele não estava metendo a mão. Logo em seguida um camarada pediu para ele se podia encostar o caminhão perto garagem, aí ele disse que não dava e começou a contar várias histórias. Resumindo tudo, o cara é um entrão e sem paciência alguma, isso tudo pq eu pesquisei no Google e vim vendo as avaliações de pessoas, isso conta muito. Porém as avaliações que estavam aqui para mim é totalmente enganosa.
Para quem trabalha com público eu acho que deveria ao menos ter educação e postura.
Para terminar estamos voltando e chegando no local onde deixaríamos o carro e ele já perguntando qual seria a forma de pagamento , mas faltava uns 5km, daí antes de chegarmos ele falando que era pra eu fazer o pagamento logo, eu fingi que não escutei e só faria o pagamento depois que finalizasse o serviço dele, aí ele foi e finalizou, entrou dentro do caminhão e foi embora, quando andou 100 metros foi e me ligou me cobrando, sendo que ele que não quis esperar para eu fazer o pix a ele. Essa foi minha experiência com esse cidadão que não sabe respeitar o espaço das pessoas. Profissionalismo ele não tem, pq se fosse realmente o ganha pão dele ele, iria trabalhar respeitosamente visando o bem estar do cliente e o dele.

We fixed the car, me and 3 other people without counting him, and he started to give opinions, alright, but he was annoyed by a service I paid and he wasn't getting in the way. Soon after, a comrade asked him if he could pull over the truck near the garage, then he said it couldn't and began to tell several stories. In short, the guy is a starter and has no patience, all this because I Googled it and I've been looking at people's reviews, that counts for a lot. However the reviews that were here for me are totally misleading.
For those who work with the public, I think they should at least have education and posture.
To finish, we are going back and arriving at the place where we would leave the car and he was already asking what the payment method would be, but there was about 5 km to go, then before we arrived he said that I should make the payment soon, I pretended I didn't listen and just I would make the payment after he finished his job, then he went and finished it, got into the truck and left, when he walked 100 meters he went and called me charging me, since he didn't want to wait for me to pix him. That was my experience with this citizen who doesn't know how to respect people's space. He doesn't have professionalism, because if it were really his breadwinner, he would work respectfully for the well-being of the client and his.
