★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei no dia anterior e marquei hora, 10h30 da manhã... Cheguei às 10h25 no pet e deixei o cachorro. Quando voltei as 12:40 o banho marcada para as 10:30 nem tinha começado.
Uma falta de respeito com o cliente. Pra que marcar horário se não pode cumprir?????
I called the previous day and made an appointment at 10:30 am ... I arrived at 10:25 am at the pet and left the dog. When I came back at 12:40 the bath was scheduled for 10:30 even started.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha cachorrinha para tosar e assim que ela voltou, reparei manchas de sangue no sofa e vi que era da minha cachorrinha que voltou com 06 machucados e o pior foi da "prexequinha" onde estava faltando um bife.
Não entendo como um profissional consegue fazer isso, pois a primeira vez que levei ela, nada disso aconteceu.
NUNCA MAIS VOLTO !!
I took my little dog to shave and as soon as she came back, I noticed blood stains on the sofa and saw that it was my little dog who came back with 06 bruises and the worst thing was the "prexequinha" where a steak was missing.
I don't understand how a professional can do this, because the first time I took her, none of this happened.
NEVER COME BACK !!
