A total disregard I made the request for Uber, it took 2 hours to arrive and they still made light of it when I asked for the cancellation, it was the first time ever again in this life

Agora cabe a nós termos que gastar outro dinheiro para comprar e esperar a comida até que o reembolso seja feito.
Mais respeito com seus clientes!
Total disregard for the treatment via iFood.
It was more than an hour late and no satisfaction was given.
They canceled the order without at least telling us about it.
Now it's up to us to spend other money to buy and wait for food until reimbursement is made.
More respect for your customers!
