★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A caseira Thais é muito atenciosa deixou a gente a vontade, o proprietário Sr Waldir também é muito prestativo, tem alguns pontos a melhor no imóvel, mas nada que atrapalhe a hospedagem.
The housekeeper Thais is very attentive, she made us feel comfortable, the owner Mr Waldir is also very helpful, he has some better points in the property, but nothing that interferes with the accommodation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sítio grande estrutura boa, mas tem pontos a melhorar se tiver tempo de chuva não vá estrada propensa a atolar carro, quartos de cima sem pressão na descarga e nos chuveiros, faltou água, con a chuva, entrou água na casa na sala, na área de jogos, e nos quartos debaixo que chegou a molhar as bagagens do pessoal ali hospedado, os quartos de com paredes descascando e mofadas se tiver problemas respiratório melhor ficar no de cima, baixo paredes, quanto ao uso de narguile que utilizaram na área externa não havia nenhuma recomendação tanto no site quanto nas instruções contidas no balcão da cozinha, colocaram essa informação depois de nossa hospedagem!!!

A caseira Thaís é uma excelente pessoa, muito amável, simples, educadíssima, prestativa, ela é o destaque do lugar.
Super recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alugamos o lugar pelo app vrbo, e na descrição da localização constava que era no centro de Mairiporã, e na realidade fica bem bem no meio do mato em Franco da Rocha. A casa e bem grande com 6 quartos e 6 banheiros, estava tudo limpinho, porém muitos quartos mofados, um quarto inundou a noite malhando todas as roupas dos hóspedes, faltou água das 20h as 10h. Áreas da churrasqueira e piscina otimo, compo e quadra de futebol bem grandes tb. Poucos pontos positivos e muitos negativos. Nao recomendo.
We rented the place through the vrbo app, and in the description of the location it said that it was in the center of Mairiporã, and in fact it is right in the middle of the bush in Franco da Rocha. The house is very big with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, everything was clean, but many rooms were moldy, one room flooded at night, working out all the guest's clothes, there was no water from 8 pm to 10 am. Barbecue areas and great pool, compo and football court very large tb. Few positives and many negatives. I do not recommend.
