Precisa melhorar a parte estética exterior, inclusive a jardinagem, faltam flores, poderia ter uma fonte. Poderia ter um loja vendendo lembranças religiosas, camisas, livros.

You need to improve the exterior aesthetic, including gardening, flowers are missing, you could have a fountain. There could be a store selling religious souvenirs, shirts, books.
