Chegando lá, me avisaram que ele não seria atendido - pois somente com hora marcada-, e tem hora para passar mal? A veterinária passou por nós e sequer olhou para o cachorrinho. Por sorte conseguimos ser atendidos pelo DR LAURO que tirou meu cachorro da cova! Não, o atendimento não ia ser gratuito! Fiquei revoltado em ver que a clínica estava vazia. SE VC PRECISAR DE ATENDIMENTO DE URGÊNCIA NUNCA LEVE A ESTE LOCAL! PRINCIPALMENTE SE FOR UM VIRA LATA.
I took my dog there this week, he was very bad and fainting because of a medication applied in the same place a week earlier. When I got there, they told me that he would not be seen - because he only had an appointment - and has time to be sick? The vet passed us and didn't even look at the puppy. Luckily we were able to be attended by DR LAURO who took my dog out of the pit! No, the service was not going to be free! I was disgusted to see that the clinic was empty. IF YOU NEED AN EMERGENCY SERVICE NEVER TAKE THIS PLACE! MAINLY IF IT IS A TURN CAN.
