★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive no supermercado hoje, peguei uma "Lasanha bolonhesa Seara 1,0 kg" que estava com o preço de prateleira de 7,99, ao passar no caixa o valor era 17,99, questionei a moça do caixa,o pessoal disse que não tinha o direito de levar no valor de prateleira, lendo o código de defesa do consumidor verifique que tenho sim o direito de levar pelo valor de prateleira, procurem se informarem melhor porque da próxima vez vou exigir e vou levar o produto, gerente de caixa mal informado e INCOMPETENTE, proprietária mal informada e INCOMPETENTE! (Tenho os pronta do consigo de defesa, só não consegui anexar aqui, mas podem pesquisar que vão encontrar). Você consumidor que for comprar nesse estabelecimento como eu, fiquem atento aos preços de prateleira e caixa.
I was at the supermarket today, I got a "Seara Bolognese 1.0 kg Lasagna" that had a shelf price of 7.99, when the checkout was 17.99, I asked the cashier, the staff said no had the right to take it on the shelf value, reading the consumer protection code check that I do have the right to take it on the shelf value, try to find out more because next time I will demand it and I will take the product, cash manager badly informed and INCOMPETENT, owner misinformed and INCOMPETENT! (I have the defense ready, I just couldn’t attach it here, but you can research what you’ll find). You consumer who is going to buy in this establishment like me, stay tuned to the shelf and box prices.
