★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local esta bem cuidado, limpo e com o mato cortado. O atendimento dos funcionários continua ótimo. Vimos ronda da Policia Militar e sem barulho de musica alta neste final de ano.
The place is well maintained, clean and with the bush cut. The attendance of the staff is still great. We saw round of the Military Police and without loud music noise at the end of the year.

Precisa investir no treinamento de funcionários, melhorar o calçamento das ruas e fazer áreas de lazer como quadras , equipamentos de ginástica e parquinho. Solicitar rondas periódicas da PM. O mais importante já existe: lugar paradisíaco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um lugar muito gostoso para passar um fim de semana ou até mesmo morar. Tá pecando muito nas condições das ruas do condomínio, detona a suspensão do carro e na chuva então piorou. Fui recentemente lá e parece que está abandonado, não adianta ter trator parado e não ver melhorias. Só vou ainda porque tenho familiares que gosto muito de não, não faria questão em voltar nessas condições. É triste, pois a tranquilidade que se tem aí é muito boa.
It is a very nice place to spend a weekend or even live.
