★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total descaso com o cliente. Deixei 2 pneus pra recapagem, quando fui buscar, fiquei sabendo que o montador só trabalha 11:00 as 15:00. Aí vc tem 2 opções ou leva na outra loja da av Santos Dumont ou leva sem montar e paga pra montar em outro lugar. Uma pena era um excelente loja de pneus, perdeu o meu conceito
Total neglect with the customer. I left 2 tires for retreading, when I went to get it, I learned that the assembler only works from 11:00 to 15:00. Then you have 2 options or take it at another store on Av Santos Dumont or take it without assembling and pay to assemble elsewhere. A pity was an excellent tire store, lost my concept
