★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja fica dentro do auto shopping, dois veículos duas lojas que estão lá na primeira problema de garantia e serviços desqualificado tipo soluções com super bonder, a segunda considera-se estado de pandemia mas, quitado veículo não vem ao menos com clareza no negócio muito menos com a documentação devida a primeira loja reauto.
 Store is inside the auto shopping mall, two vehicles two stores that are there in the first warranty problem and disqualified services like super bonder solutions, the second is considered to be a pandemic state, but the vehicle does not come at least with clarity in the business, much less with documentation due to the first reauto store.

I bought it, I loved the car, I was well attended by the seller jonathan, I had a problem + I was also well attended by the warranty in the store's own workshop, so super satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma renegade 2020 q parece mais um carro 1989, comecou com problema na bateria q levou uma vida p ser resolvido, tive q escutar q Bateria n tem garantia depois de muito custo trocou agora e problema no start stop entrei em contato c a loja pedindo a troca do veículo vistl q esta cheio de problemas q so descobrimos au usar o proprietário ia entrar em contato ontem, hoje e eu sigo aguardando.... lamentável n recomendo.
Ja q nao consigo responder a sua resposta vou acrescentar aqui 1 estou desde 17 de dezembro de 2021 esperando seu contato e nao tive a unica preocupação da loja e vender, o problema ja foi resolvido, porem deixo aqui a minha insatisfação ao pós venda e n recomendo a loja.
I bought a 2020 renegade that looks more like a 1989 car, it started with a problem with the battery that took a while to be solved, I had to hear that the battery has no warranty after a lot of cost changed it now and a problem with the start stop I contacted the store asking the exchange of the vistl vehicle that is full of problems that we only discovered when using the owner was going to get in touch yesterday, today and I'm still waiting.... regrettable I don't recommend it.
Since I can't answer your answer I'll add here 1 I've been waiting for your contact since December 17, 2021 and I didn't have the only concern of the store and selling, the problem has already been solved, but I leave here my dissatisfaction with the after sale and I recommend it the store.
