★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom ,hoje dia 20 / junho /2020 aqui pelo google maps iria fazer uma compra de um cartucho MLT101S para impressora Samsung SCX-3405W e ao entrar em contato com a loja pela Whatssap fui informado que teria mas não o original ,mandei mensagem a loja por volta das 13:30 e queria saber se teria na loja e se eu poderia buscar hoje mesmo. Fiquei sem respostas, (na mão). fui ate a loja física e estava fechada! Na vitrine da loja tem um telefone informando que teria que ligar ou mandar mensagem pelo Whatssap. Não sei poque eu perco meu tempo correndo atrás desta pequenas lojas que não dão respaldo, suporte para um novo cliente, lamentável hoje em dia ainda ter empresas assim no mercado !
Ficou sem um novo cliente e sem indicação.
Well, today 20 / june / 2020 here on google maps i would make a purchase of an MLT101S cartridge for Samsung SCX-3405W printer and when contacting the store through Whatssap I was informed that I would have but not the original, I sent a message to the store around 1:30 pm and wanted to know if it would be in the store and if I could pick it up today. I was left with no answers, (in hand). I went to the physical store and it was closed! In the shop window there is a phone saying that he would have to call or send a message via Whatssap. I don't know why I waste my time chasing after these small stores that don't support, support for a new customer, unfortunate nowadays to still have companies like this on the market!
He was left without a new client and no indication.
