★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TRAMBIQUEIROS. Queimaram meu cartucho e trocaram por um deles. Aí quando eu fui falar, me disseram que eu teria que comprar outro cartucho novo pois o meu tinha recarregado muito. Só não procurei o procon porque é valor baixo e as vezes não dá nada pra empresa que age assim.
TRAMBIQUEIROS. They burned my cartridge and exchanged for one. Then when I went to speak, I was told that I would have to buy another new cartridge because mine had refilled a lot. I just didn't look for procon because it's low value and sometimes it doesn't give anything to the company that acts like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, estragaram meu cartucho. Reclamei e eles falaram que não tiveram culpa e que cartucho usado não tem garantia. Comprei outro, novo, original, e percebi que o problema era na impressora, ou seja, eles conseguiram estragar um cartucho que estava funcionando perfeitamente.
Bad, ruined my cartridge. I complained and they said that it was not their fault and that the used cartridge has no warranty. Bought another, new, original, and I realized that the problem was in the printer, ie, they managed to spoil a cartridge that was working perfectly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estragou meu cartucho, tive que comprar um novo. Edit 2021, resolvi dar uma segunda chance para essa empresa, e ela provou que não leva a sério seus clientes. Liguei e pedi um cartucho para minha impressora, quem liga pedindo um cartucho, liga querendo o mais rápido possível, acho que não precisa dizer. Então eles só enviaram o cartucho no dia seguinte que liguei. Demoram tanto, que mudei de ideia e resolvi comprar uma impressora nova. Falei com o entregador pela campainha que não precisava mais, pois eu queria pra ontem, ele perguntou como ia resolver, já que eu tinha pedido, e ele estava lá; falei para ele esperar que eu já estava descendo. Ao sair do portão, ele só perguntou se eu ia ficar com o cartucho, respondi não, e ele saiu vazado na moto, já estava em cima da moto esperando... Ou seja, além de estragar meu cartuchos alguns anos atrás, não entregam quando a gente liga pedindo, e ainda trata seus clientes mal por seus motoqueiros sem educação. Parabéns! não sei como ainda estão abertos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo serviço de recarga. Usam tinta de qualidade inferior que resseca e entope o cartucho chegando ate a danifica-lo de vez (perdi o cartucho). Um barato que sai caro. Atendimento bastante deficiente tbm
Bad recharge service. They use inferior quality ink that dries out and clogs the cartridge, even damaging it altogether (I lost the cartridge). A cheap one that is expensive. Very poor service too
