★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se eles, pelo menos, prestassem pra ser úteis como cobram impostos e prejudicam os pequenos empresários, ow..seria a melhor autarquia do ES...cadê o sr governador e autoridades pra fazerem uma troca nesta "equipe" q não se dão nem ao trabalho de atender um telefone..serviço público de PÉSSIMA QUALIDADE
 If they, at least, could be useful as they charge taxes and harm small business owners, ow .. would be the best autarchy of the ES ... where the governor and authorities to make a change in this "team" that do not give themselves nor to the job of answering a telephone ... public service of VERY QUALITY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninguém atende o telefone e tão pouco tem alguma gravação dando as devidas instruções. No fale conosco, o campo de telefone não aceitar digitá-lo completamente (gap do sistema).
No one answers the phone and there is no record giving instructions. In contact with us, the telephone field does not accept to enter it completely (system gap).

Estive no local para resolver uma dúvida, me pediram pra passar por email, porém tb não respondem o email (isso já tem mais de 10 dias)....um absurdo!!! sendo que a cada 30 dias é imputado uma multa do próprio órgão no meu caso enquanto não conseguir resolver.
Too bad ... they don't answer the phone. I was at the place to solve a question, they asked me to go by email, but they also do not answer the email (this is more than 10 days old) .... absurd !!! being that every 30 days a fine is charged from the organ itself in my case until I can resolve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninguém atende telefone e nem responde email! Tive que me deslocar 50km p ter uma informação q o atendente me passou em 30 segundos. E pior que terei que voltar lá pq continuo ligando e continuam não atendendo! Obrigado pelo ótimo atendimento
No one answers the phone or responds to email! I had to travel 50km to get some information that the attendant gave me in 30 seconds. And worse that I will have to go back there because I keep calling and still not answering! Thanks for the great service

Unable to be contacted over the phone. To make matters worse, they changed the location and they don't inform the new address. Total disregard !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço de ITCMD ultrapassado, burocrático e moroso. Tentaram modificar com o E-DOCS, mas o que já era ruim ficou pior, não tem padronização de documentos, não tem prazo, não tem nada. O Serviço de Fale Conosco é pior que Inteligência Artificial de sites de compras, responde as dúvidas com respostas aleatórias. Infelizmente a SEFAZ/ES que era modelo para Brasil há anos atrás, hoje se tornou uma das piores Secretarias da Fazenda do país, quase 8 (oito) meses para avaliar uma Guia de Transmissão na ARE de Cariacica, é um descaso até com o próprio serviço público.
Outdated, bureaucratic and time-consuming ITCMD service. They tried to modify it with E-DOCS, but what was already bad got worse, there is no standardization of documents, there is no deadline, there is nothing. The Contact Us Service is worse than Artificial Intelligence from shopping sites, it answers questions with random answers. Unfortunately, SEFAZ/ES, which was a model for Brazil years ago, today has become one of the worst Finance Secretariats in the country, almost 8 (eight) months to evaluate a Transmission Guide in the ARE Cariacica, it is a negligence even with its own public service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossível falar pelo telefone. Tive que me deslocar. Muita burocracia para um órgão que arrecada para o Estado em que o contribuinte ainda tem que enfrentar para pagar suas obrigações.
Impossible to talk over the phone. I had to move. A lot of bureaucracy for an agency that collects for the State in which the taxpayer still has to face to pay its obligations.
