Quando digo que me surpreendi,é porquê geralmente as repartições públicas infelizmente não são assim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje vim a receita federal de Manhuaçu e faltando 5 minutos para as 15 horas já estava fechado , nós que temos que sair de nossas cidades para atendimento aqui sofremos com essa falta de empatia.
Today I came to the Federal Revenue of Manhuaçu and with 5 minutes to 3 pm it was already closed. We, who have to leave our cities for assistance here, suffer from this lack of empathy.

Entrei em contato, via telefone, para resolver uma pendência referente a Caixa Escolar. A funcionária, não só demonstrou competência e conhecimento, mas também muita educação para orientar sobre a solução do meu problema. Venho a público registrar minha satisfação e parabenizar a funcionária e toda equipe da Receita Federal da cidade de Manhuaçu.
I was attended by an employee of the Federal Revenue of Manhuaçu, today, 03/16/2021, and I want to register here my opinion about the attendance of the employee named Marluce. I contacted, via telephone, to resolve a pending issue regarding Caixa Escolar. The employee, not only demonstrated competence and knowledge, but also a lot of education to advise on the solution of my problem.
