★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse órgão está sendo extremamente negligente com a população em meio a pandemia q estamos vivendo. Não falo do prédio nem da sede de juazeiro em sí, mas da organização como um todo, nacionalmente. Uma total falta de respeito com o cidadão, telefones que não atendem nunca, a pessoa só escuta gravação. Se precisa resolver uma coisa tem q esperar mais de 30 minutos para falar com um ser humano e quando finalmente chega a hora de ser atendido a ligação cai. Não serve para nada ligar, só somos atendidos por gravações que dizem q todas as linhas estão ocupadas. E nesse momento que nem sabemos como agir direito para resolver certas coisas, o órgão não teve nenhuma postura para auxiliar o cidadão em seus processos junto ao órgão. Uma total falta de respeito, incompetência e descaso com as pessoas. Falta de humanidade e de empatia em todos os sentidos.
This body is being extremely negligent towards the population in the midst of the pandemic we are experiencing. I am not talking about the building or the juazeiro headquarters itself, but about the organization as a whole, nationally. A total lack of respect for the citizen, phones that never answer, the person only listens to the recording. If you need to solve something, you have to wait more than 30 minutes to talk to a human being and when the time finally comes to be answered, the call goes down. It is useless to call, we are only served by recordings that say that all lines are busy. And in that moment that we do not even know how to act right to resolve certain things, the agency did not have any position to assist the citizen in its processes with the agency. A total lack of respect, incompetence and disregard for people. Lack of humanity and empathy in every way.
