★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no correio fazer uma alteração em meu nome do CPF, paguei a taxa de 7 reais. Mas o moço que me atendeu falou que pra finalizar precisa ir até a receita federal. Tem como eu envia as fotos do comprovante que ele me entregou? Sem ser preciso ir ate ai ?
 I went to the post office to make a change in my CPF name, I paid the fee of 7 reais. But the guy who answered me said that to finish you need to go to the Federal Revenue Service. How do I send the photos of the receipt he gave me? Without having to go there?

Estou ligando sem parar faz 1h30. Isso é um descaso total, pois, sou de uma cidade vizinha e vou ter q ir na unidade só pra ter uma informação? o que custa atender o telefone?

Estou tentando agendar um horário e não consigo, não atendem o telefone, fui até o local, disseram que não agendariam por la, porque estavam sem internet, e ainda a pessoa que era para ao menos me orientar, virou a cara e começou a conversar com outra pessoa!! Todo esse trabalho pra conseguir uma segunda via!
Terrible! Total disregard for the taxpayer. I'm trying to schedule a time and I can't, they don't answer the phone, I went to the place, they said they wouldn't schedule there, because they didn't have internet, and even the person who was supposed to at least guide me turned away and started talking with someone else!! All this work to get a duplicate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ao cidadão: esse telefone deve ser de enfeite, pois há dias tento falar com o serviço e não me atendem; sobre o site, mandei um email p/ a receita faz dois meses e ainda não me retornaram.. a RFB deveria fazer pelo menos o mínimo por nós, que é nos atender bem!
Bad customer service: this phone must be an ornament, as I've been trying to talk to the service for days and they don't answer me; about the site, I sent an email to the recipe two months ago and they still haven't returned to me.. RFB should do at least the minimum for us, which is to serve us well!

Vim ler os comentarios para saber se alguem que esteve na mesma situação que estou foi resolvido mas so existe respostas de que trabalham e trabalham mas so vemos comentarios que nao somos bem atendidos e o problema nao é resolvido, a maioria tambem trabalha e rala o dia inteiro pro seu sustento nem por isso ficam dando desculpas do porque nao foi resolvido. Se fosse pra ter tudo no site explicado certo nao deveria existir o telefone pra ligação entao

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente para agendar os horários são mega "concorridos" é 1 vaga por semana que você consegue agendar. Segundo, protocolei tudo sobre MEI e a funcionária não soube me ajudar, ficou mais perdida que cego no tiroteio!! Como pode? Trabalhar no setor e não sabe NADA!?
