 lousy service. landline does not work, cell phones do not answer, do not answer zap or e-mail. still work with physical tickets, we pay a convenience fee and we still need to exchange tickets ... super late

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma área errada sem querer do VillaMix e logo depois comprei a correta, ai pedi o cancelamento da errada , enviei e-mails no Sac e nada, ligo e não atendem minhas ligações, 0% de atenção ao cliente, até agora estou sem resposta e perdendo dinheiro por conta de algo que não vou usar, lamentável. 92 reais jogados no lixo!
I accidentally bought a wrong area from VillaMix and soon after I bought the correct one, then I asked for the cancellation of the wrong one, I sent emails at Sac and nothing, I call and they don't answer my calls, 0% customer attention, so far I'm unanswered and losing money because of something I'm not going to use, unfortunate. 92 reais thrown in the trash!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa responsável pela venda do Camarote Parador - Recife, deixou ao menos 20 pessoas esperando pela impressão de ingressos, enquanto perdiam bom tempo do evento. Desrespeito com o consumidor, que pagou caro pelo evento, com uma taxa de serviço absurda, e pecou no mais simples quesito: a impressão de um ticket de ingresso. Impressionante o nível de amadorismo demonstrado. Nunca mais comprarei dessa empresa.
The company responsible for selling the Camarote Parador - Recife, left at least 20 people waiting for tickets to be printed, while they were wasting a lot of time from the event. Disrespect for the consumer, who paid dearly for the event, with an absurd service charge, and sinned in the simplest aspect: printing a ticket. The level of amateurism shown is impressive. I will never buy from this company again.

O quiosque não existe mais e não encontrei ninguém do evento no shopping pra me dar alguma informação. O Whatsapp ninguém responde mesmo em horário de atendimento dizendo q tá congestionado. Um absurdo sem tamanho! Não recomendo p ninguém! Nunca comprem aqui.
Bad experience! I spent all day trying to find out how to exchange the voucher for the ticket but I only have mismatched information. The kiosk no longer exists and I couldn't find anyone from the event at the mall to give me any information. Whatsapp no one responds even during opening hours saying it's congested. An unbelievable absurdity! I don't recommend it to anyone! Never shop here.
