★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha mãe nesse açougue para comprar as carnes para réveillon dia 30/12 por volta das 14h e acabamos não comprando nada pois fomos mal atendidos.
De primeiro pedimos a costela suína que estava bem bonita na expositora, daí minha mãe questionou "Eu quero essa em exposição da parte da frente e não dá de trás", o açougueiro falou que não podia vender aquela da frente que ela escolheu e queria buscar outra peça de costela lá para dentro.
Gostaria de ressaltar segundo a lei do código do consumidor diz que tudo que está em exposição na loja é obrigada a vender ao cliente.
Ao não aceitar a costela que estava diferente da exposta o açougueiro falou ainda se minha mãe estava nervosa...
Aí digo: as carnes que fazem a frente da expositora são de enfeite? Pois se não são para vender por que fazem isso!?
Minha mãe falou que não queria e começou a sair e o açougueiro debochou falando baixinho "vai vai", um falta de respeito com o cliente e nem merece trabalhar com o público.
Peço que deem mais treinamento aos funcionários...
Já eramos cliente da loja e agora não volteremos mais
I took my mother in this butcher shop to buy the meat for New Year's Eve on December 30th around 14h and ended up not buying anything because we were poorly served.
At first we ordered the pork rib that was very pretty in the exhibitor, then my mother asked "I want this on display from the front and not behind", the butcher said he could not sell the front she chose and wanted to seek another piece of rib inside.
I would like to point out under the Consumer Code law that everything that is on display in the store is bound to sell to the customer.
Not accepting the rib that was different from the exposed butcher still spoke if my mother was nervous ...
Then I say: the meat that makes the front of the exhibitor are garnish? For if they are not for sale why do they do it !?
My mother said she did not want to and started going out and the butcher mocked softly "go go", a lack of respect for the customer and does not deserve to work with the public.
I ask you to give the employees more training ...
We were already a customer of the store and now we will not return
