★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muito bom todos os produtos, eu comprei um power bank e verifiquei no site da pineng como o vendedor me falou e realmente é verdadeiro , só não gostei que no sábado é só até as 15h eu queria que ficasse até as 18h.
all products very good, i bought a power bank and checked on the pineng website as the seller told me and it really is true, i just didn't like that on saturday it is only until 3pm i wanted it to stay until 6pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ótimo em venda e no pós venda melhor ainda, pois eu comprei um cabo de rede e por erro meu eu teimei em comprar o cabo categogia5 mesmo que minha internet é de 120 megas, mas a vendedora me explicou certinho a diferença, mas eu quis comprar o categoria 5 mas depois o técnico me disse que eu tava errado que eu precisava mesmo do cabo de internet categoria 6 e mesmo depois do cabo cortado com a medida que pedi e montado voltei na loja e eles fizeram a troca para mim, foram muito compreensíveis que eu até quis deixar meu relato aqui como forma de pedido de desculpas por minha teimosia e ignorância, voces estão de parabéns, são um exemplo de pós venda para as outras lojas, não pedem um monte de coisa e burocracia só para trocar uma coisa igual as outras, Excelente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensa em uma loja que tem bom atendimento (Pré e pós venda), então achou o atendimento realizado é sensacional e o cara entende do que faz. Sem dúvida alguma indico e volto a fazer compra com esta loja.
Pré venda: Explicou o beaba dos cabos, uso e orientou na aquisição dos produtos necessários (nem mais nem menos).
Pós venda: Por ignorância minha acreditei que o cabo estava "crimpado" incorretamente, o cara se locomoveu da loja dele para o meu escritório e fez os testes na hora e corrigiu o erro que eu tinha feito (em outras palavras ignorância minha) com um sorriso no rosto e super amigável.
Sem dúvidas super recomendo !
