★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se for para comprar material que você mesmo leve, muito boa. Vendedor Gabriel super atencioso e prestou um atendimento muito bom tirando todas as dúvidas, foi por esse motivo que comprei toda argamassa la (e me arrependi profundamente, devido a entrega)
Motivo de dar 01 estrela é para o serviço de entrega (horrível)!
Mas não indico se for para comprar material pesado (porcelanato, argamassa..etc), que eles precisem entregar. Comprei porcelanato e argamassa e os entregadores simplesmente largaram no estacionamento. Eles ate avisam que os entregadores não sobrem com a mercadoria ( o que eu acho um absurdo, já que você paga um frete e não é barato), mas nesse dia nem levaram o carrinho para deixarem num local mais acessível para colocar no elevador. Estava só nesse dia e foi um transtorno para subir com 7 peças de porcelanatos (cada uma pesando 40 kgs) e 19 sacos de argamassa. NUNCA MAIS NA MINHA VIDA COMPRO ESSE TIPO DE MATERIAL NA LOJA.
Muito desrespeito com os clientes, eles tem ferramentas necessárias para transportar peças tão frágeis, caras e pesadas, não nós clientes.
If you are going to buy material that you take yourself, very good. Seller Gabriel was super attentive and provided very good service, clearing all doubts, that's why I bought all the mortar there (and deeply regretted it, due to the delivery)
Reason for giving 01 star is for the delivery service (awful)!
But I don't indicate if it's to buy heavy material (porcelain, mortar...etc) that they need to deliver. I bought porcelain and mortar and the delivery guys just dropped it in the parking lot. They even warn that the couriers do not leave the goods (which I think is absurd, since you pay a freight and it's not cheap), but that day they didn't even take the cart to leave it in a more accessible place to put it in the elevator. It was only that day and it was a hassle to come up with 7 pieces of porcelain tiles (each weighing 40 kg) and 19 bags of mortar. NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE DO I BUY THIS KIND OF MATERIAL IN THE STORE.
Very disrespectful to customers, they have the tools necessary to transport such fragile, expensive and heavy parts, not us customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma opção muito boa para compras de materiais de construção. Grande variedade de produtos e ótimos preços. Um ponto alto é a seção de Área de Lazer. Tem de tudo para piscinas, móveis de jardim e trabalham, entre outras, com a churrasqueira da Refracon. Esta empresa, se não é a maior brasileira, é uma das maiores fabricantes do produto fazendo desde pequenas churrasqueiras a grandes para churrascarias. As residenciais são com as laterais de vidro temperado e todos os outros elementos em aço inoxidável de ótima qualidade. Não adianta você ter essa variedade sem ser atendido por um bom vendedor que lhe explique tudo direitinho. No caso é uma vendedora. A Cristina. Ela comanda esse setor de lazer e lhe atende com conhecimento e atenção. Demorei a montar a minha churrasqueira por conta da pandemia e um ano depois quando fui montar reparei que levei uma peça trocada. Um ano depois! Liguei para Cristina que lembrou da compra e trocou a peça sem problema.
Vale a pena conhecer a loja e, se for para comprar uma churrasqueira, sem dúvida, procurar a Cristina... rsrs

It's no use having this variety without being served by a good seller who explains everything to you. In this case it is a seller. To Cristina. She runs this leisure sector and serves you with knowledge and attention. It took me a while to assemble my grill due to the pandemic and a year later when I went to assemble it, I noticed that I had a spare part. One year later! I called Cristina who remembered the purchase and changed the part without a problem.
