★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei decepcionada, estou reformando uma das minhas casas, e comprei varios itens na loja, agora no final tive algumas sobras, coisa a atoa , e pedi a eles que trocassem para mim, ja que vou precisar de outros produtos , que se somados dariam cerca de 3x o valor da devolucao a ser abatida no valor total da nova compra,
Bom, ai comecou o dilema a gerente ou dona nao sei bem o que ela é, informou q se eu quisesse devolver o material a ser abatido na nova compra teria que levar ate a loja, como vou levar areias ensacadas e tijolos em carro de passeio?
Bom ,achei uma falta de cordialidade afinal nao custava nada ,ja que eles teriam que vir ate o mesmo local fazer na nova entrega.
Moral da historia, vou doar o material das sobras e comprar em outro lugar onde a cordialidade e o bom senso seja fato diferenciado.

Well, then the dilemma started, the manager or owner is not sure what it is, informed that if I wanted to return the material to be slaughtered in the new purchase I would have to take it to the store, as I will take bagged sand and bricks in a passenger car. ?
Well, I found a lack of cordiality after all it cost nothing, since they would have to come to the same place to do the new delivery.
Moral of the story, I'm going to donate the leftover material and buy it somewhere else where cordiality and common sense is a different fact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, produtos no cartão de crédito aumentam muito de preço, vc entra o vendedor já te cerca na porta, pra que várias partilheiras se vc não consegue nem entrar, melhor seria um balcão na porta.
