★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rede construir de Franco da Rocha foi a pior escolha de loja pra comprar, comprei no dia 09/08 entregaram meu cimento dia 11 na casa errada e não voltaram pra buscar, as canaletas dia 13/08 e com 2 quebradas, estou pagando 3 dias pro pedreiro e meu material ainda não chegou, liguei no 44442747 falei com a Gerente e nem ela resolveu, estou aguardando pra ver q dia chega e vou direto ao Procon, pq a gerente disse q só entrega dia 16/08 quem paga os dias do meu pedreiro???
 The building chain of Franco da Rocha was the worst choice of store to buy, I bought it on 08/09 they delivered my cement on the 11th to the wrong house and they didn't come back for it, the channels on 08/13 and with 2 broken, I'm paying for 3 days to the bricklayer and my material hasn't arrived yet, I called 44442747, I spoke to the Manager and she didn't even decide, I'm waiting to see what day it arrives and I go straight to Procon, because the manager said that only delivers on 08/16 who pays for the day my mason???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estacionamento na frente da loja, lugar arejado, organizado e tem o básico. Só o atendimento que deixa muito a desejar. Eu particularmente não gosto de atendente que fica no pé, feito um chato de galocha, mas chegar no lugar e ficar procurando alguém pra te atender também é muito desagradável.
Parking in front of the store, airy place, organized and has the basics. Only the service that leaves a lot to be desired. I don't particularly like the attendant who stands on his feet, like a bore in a galoshes, but arriving at the place and looking for someone to assist you is also very unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento, muito variedades, porém demora muito pra entregar, aqui na região demora 5 dias pra entregar e na loja quase não tem estoque mesmo que seja pouca peças ou unidades, se tiver urgência tem que ir no depósito em Morato, em São Paulo compra hoje e entrega até 2 dias,com isso acaba perdendo clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não compro mais nada na rede construir...eles cobram taxa de entrega e não informa o cliente...e se precisar trocar um material que VC não vai mais precisar...eles cobram outra taxa absudar mais cara ainda pra retirar o material...sendo que queria fazer troca por outro produto....mesmo assim querem cobrar taxa de retirada...era só entregar o produto que eu fosse comprar e retirar o que não vou usar mais...mais querem cobrar mais uma taxa de retirada.
I don't buy anything else on the build network...they charge a delivery fee and don't inform the customer...and if you need to exchange a material that you won't need anymore...they charge another fee, even more expensive, to remove the material...and I wanted to exchange for another product....even so they want to charge a withdrawal fee...it was just a matter of delivering the product I was going to buy and withdrawing what I'm not going to use anymore...but they want to charge more a withdrawal fee.

Se for pra vcs entregar qualquer coisa a gente não vai até loja pede por tel ne . Estou desepcionada com aloja. ?.
I bought a door, they'll deliver another one. The person said they won't change it. I'm not going to get my money. Because I'm not obliged to keep the door they want. If it's for you guys to deliver anything we don't go to the store and ask for tel ne. I am disappointed with lodging. ?.
