★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendida quando comprei 60 cumeeiras em 30 de agosto de 2020. Porém, o telhadista errou na quantidade e sobraram 14 que estou querendo trocar e entrei em contato com o próprio dono da loja em 11 de setembro, e a resposta foi que "o problema é que agora já foi emitida a NF, tenho que ver aqui no fiscal". Em 16 de setembro enviei nova msg para o dono
da loja cobrando uma solução, que me respondeu assim: " eu sei que a senhora quer trocar, porém o meu procedimento aqui, eu tenho que dar entrada na mercadoria para gerar um crédito pra senhora...."
Estou esperando até hoje, 29 de setembro de 2020.
Lamentável o dono da loja tratar o cliente como se ele fosse um idiota.

I was well attended when I bought 60 ridges on August 30, 2020. However, the roofer made a mistake in the quantity and there were 14 left that I want to change and I contacted the store owner on September 11, and the answer was that "the the problem is that now the NF has been issued, I have to see it here in the inspector ". On September 16 I sent a new message to the owner
from the store asking for a solution, which answered me like this: "I know you want to change, but my procedure here, I have to check in the merchandise to generate a credit for you ...."
I'm waiting until today, September 29, 2020.
It was unfortunate that the store owner treated the customer as if he were an idiot.
