entrei em uma das filiais da rede viva bem na Avenida São Miguel ,Ponte Rasa ,fui atendida pelo funcionário João que gentilmente pediu que eu sentasse ,me ofereceu um copo de água,conversou comigo se oferecendo para ligar para alguém da família, enfim se colocou totalmente a disposição .
Minutos depois me sentindo melhor consegui voltar para casa,muito agradecida .
Profissionais assim fazem a diferença!
Yesterday leaving the bank feeling very bad due to an anxiety crisis
I went into one of the branches of the chain living right on Avenida São Miguel, Ponte Rasa, I was attended by the employee João who kindly asked me to sit down, offered me a glass of water, talked to me offering to call someone in the family, finally he put himself fully available.
Minutes later feeling better I managed to return home, very grateful.
Professionals like that make a difference!
