tenho uma reclamação a fazer!
hoje por volta das 09:50 parei para abastecer em um posto da rede de vocês que fica localizado na Av. dos Bandeirantes, 3686 - Planalto Paulista, São Paulo - SP.
Parei meu carro e pedi que colocasse R$ 60,00 em álcool.
Paguei em forma de debito e questionei o frentista quantos litros havia sido inserido. o mesmo me respondeu 17 litros . porem eu não solicitei que colocasse álcool aditivado. era pra ter sido posto comum. o frentista ágil de má fé não me perguntando, pois sei que são comissionados pela venda desse produto.
Na hora eu falei pra ele que eu não solicitei, disse que não estava certo, que o meu dinheiro não dá em arvores e avisei que entraria com meus direitos pois aquilo não estava certo. O mesmo não esbanjou reação nenhuma, quando perguntado seu nome, demorou uns 20 segundos pra dizer que era MARCOS, isso se for mesmo !
enfim, quero meu ressarcimento, o mesmo tbm não me entregou a nota fiscal. e ainda os outros frentistas ficaram com cara de risos e deboche devido minha reclamação !
aguardo retorno de vocês. sou cliente da rede Duque a muito tempo, não é possível que não terei respaldo !

today around 09:50 I stopped to refuel at a gas station of your network that is located at Av. dos Bandeirantes, 3686 - Planalto Paulista, São Paulo - SP.
I stopped my car and asked him to put R $ 60.00 in alcohol.
I paid in debit form and asked the gas station attendant how many liters had been inserted. the same answered me 17 liters. however I did not ask you to add alcohol. it was supposed to be commonplace. the agile attendant in bad faith not asking me, because I know they are commissioned for selling this product.
At the time I told him that I did not request it, said that it was not right, that my money does not go into trees and I told him that I would enter my rights because that was not right. The same did not waste any reaction, when asked his name, it took him about 20 seconds to say it was MARCOS, that is if it is!
Anyway, I want my refund, the same tbm did not give me the invoice. and the other gas station attendants looked like they were laughing and mocking because of my complaint!
I await your return. I have been a Duque network customer for a long time, it is not possible that I will not have support!

Frentista não se disponibilizou para limpar o vidro do meu veículo e ainda não permitiu que eu mesmo fizesse.
Uma vergonha, não volto mais.

Um absurdo.
Thieves advertise one price and charge another. They disclose the discount on the app, but it is not on Ipiranga, it is on Rede Duque, but it is not disclosed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo local para abastecimento. As informações nos banners são feitos com má fé buscando destacar preços que não são os reais (propaganda enganosa). Posto montado para enganar o cliente... Eles acham que existem trouxas para o resto da vida deles. Muita atenção neste tipo de posto.

Eu abasteci meu carro e no outro dia fui perceber que foi cobrado 1,00 real a mais por litro de combustível. Nota 0, falta de respeito, nunca mais eu vou abastecer nesse posto.
They're putting up a price tag and you pay another. Nobody warns that the price of the plate is for the gas station app. I filled up my car and the other day I noticed that I was charged 1.00 reais more per liter of fuel. Grade 0, lack of respect, I will never fill up at this gas station again.
