★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom , pena que entrega demora muito pois tinha pedido um leite era por volta de uma e pouco o leite chegou cinco e pouco minha filha ficou a tarde toda com fome tive que me desdobrar pra da o que comer a ela !
The service is good, pity that delivery takes a long time because I had ordered a milk it was around one and little the milk arrived five and little my daughter was hungry all afternoon I had to work out what to eat her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo !! Fui tentar fazer meu pedido pelo whatsapp,já que meu pedido precisava da receita e tinha que mandar a foto para eles. Mandei a foto e pedi os valores(além de demorar horrores para responder) ,me informaram os valores.quando fui tentar finalizar o pedido e eles não respondiam mais ,tive que ligar seis vezes para eles me atenderem e aí me responderam pelo WhatsApp.No final do pedido,quando disse a forma de pagamento,me informaram que um medicamento não tinha .mas perguntei como ,já que eles tinham me passado o valor . E o atende simplesmente disse que eu perguntei o valor e não se tinha o remédio .e disse que ficaria ruim me vender o outro medicamento que eu precisava porque o segundo eles não teriam e aí eu ficaria sem a receita para comprar depois .perguntei porque não tinham me dito antes porque aí teria poupado meu tempo e o deles e ele de novo só tentou se explicar dizendo que eu perguntei o valor e não se eles teriam o remédio. Enfim não recomendo para ninguém e não compro mais lá de jeito nenhum!!!!
Lousy service !! I tried to make my order via whatsapp, since my order needed the recipe and had to send the photo to them. I sent the photo and asked for the values (in addition to taking horrors to answer), they informed me of the values. When I tried to finalize the order and they didn't answer anymore, I had to call six times for them to answer me and then they answered me via WhatsApp. At the end of the order, when I said the payment method, I was informed that there was no medicine. But I asked how, since they had given me the amount. And the attendant simply said that I asked the price and did not have the medicine. And said that it would be bad to sell me the other medicine I needed because the second one they would not have and then I would be without the prescription to buy later. they had told me before because it would have saved my time and theirs and he again just tried to explain himself by saying that I asked the amount and not if they would have the medicine. Anyway I do not recommend to anyone and do not buy there any way !!!!

Ainda não utilizei o serviço de entregas, mas se você realizar uma compra acima de determinado valor, você não paga o frete.
