★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já sou cliente deles um bom tempo e nunca cumpre com horário de entrega sempre inventa uma conversa que o remédio está com motoboy pelo menos de entregar de 40 minutos a uma hora no mesmo bairro porém nunca cumpre com horário uma falta de responsabilidade vou trocar de farmácia

Fiz um pedido as 10:0 hs, e quando foi 11:20 liguei pra ver o porque da demora, o rapaz me falou ja tinha saida minha entrega a muito tempo, mas demorou mais 20 minutos e liguei novamente, um outro rapaz me atendeu e disse que meu pedido só havia sido feito as 11:20 e eu precisando do meu pedido com urgência, cancelei e o rapaz foi muito grosso e ignorante.
Lousy service. Attendants without respect with the client. I made a request at 10:02 a.m., and when it was 11:20 I called to see what the delay was, the boy told me that my delivery had been out for a long time, but it took another 20 minutes and I called again, another boy answered me and said that my request had only been made at 11:20 and I needed my request urgently, I canceled and the boy was very thick and ignorant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. O atendimento mais do que caiu,despencou. Preços altos,funcionários ignorantes e despreparados além de desonestos. Não vá com pressa pois lhe passarão o troco errado e não aceitarão reclamações. Fui ROUBADA duas vezes e o pseudo gerente ( um bossal inergumino que se acha a taraxa do brinco da Madona) ainda se achou no direito de ser ignorante. Minha sugestão? Tem mais três farmácias praticamente ao lado. Usem-nas
PS: Só dei 1 estrela por que não é possível dar nenhuma.
Terrible. The service more than fell, plummeted. High prices, ignorant and unprepared as well as dishonest employees. Do not go in a hurry as they will give you the wrong change and will not accept complaints. I have been STOLEN twice and the pseudo manager (an inergumine bossal who thinks that Madonna's earring tare) still felt entitled to be ignorant. My sugestion? There are three more pharmacies practically next door. Use them
PS: I only gave 1 star because it is not possible to give any.
