VocĆŖ entra em contato para cancelar o pedido, te convence a manter o pedido com uma entrega certa para o 1Ā° horĆ”rio na manhĆ£ seguinte. E nĆ£o entregam. Falta de compromisso e atenĆ§Ć£o com cliente antigo.
Store is delaying with deadlines for delivery of materials. They lie to the customer, say they deliver on time and don't comply. You get in touch to cancel the order, convince you to keep the order with a certain delivery for 1st time the next morning. And they don't deliver. Lack of commitment and attention to old customers.

I like to.buy here...fair prices, good service and fast delivery. There is still a small place to park the car and shop at the store.
