★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Algumas palavras para a farmacêutica responsável: O atendimento que a senhora prestou a minha mãe uma senhora de 78 anos moradora a 50 anos no bairro Vila Teixeira e cliente antiga desta farmácia que sempre foi muito bem antendida pelo antigo farmacêutico , foi simplesmente desumano , a senhora a tratou com extremo desrespeito e arrogância apenas porque ela quis trocar um medicamento comprado nesta mesma farmacia, chegando a arrancar o medicamento das mãos dela e proferindo palavras agressivas e enchendo a boca para dizer que a senhora é que é a farmacêutica e portanto do alto de sua arrogância para com uma senhorinha de quase 80 anos dizer que é a senhora quem entende do assunto. Bem uma coisa certamente a senhora não entende é como tratar as pessoas com o devido respeito que elas merecem Senhora Farmacêutica. Nesta farmácia minha família e meus amigos não compram mais..Afinal o que não falta em nossa cidade são boas farmácias e verdadeiros e ótimo farmacêuticos.Que Deus abençoe as pessoas de bem e que exercem suas profissões com verdadeiro amor no Coração.
Some words to the pharmacist in charge: The care that you gave my mother, a 78 year old woman living in the Vila Teixeira neighborhood and an old client of this pharmacy, who was always well understood by the former pharmacist, was simply inhumane, treated her with extreme disrespect and arrogance only because she wanted to exchange a medicine bought at this same pharmacy, even taking the medicine from her hands and uttering aggressive words and filling her mouth to say that you are the pharmacist and therefore from the top your arrogance to a lady of almost 80 years to say that it is you who understands the subject. Well one thing you certainly do not understand is how to treat people with due respect they deserve Pharmaceutical Lady. In this pharmacy my family and my friends do not buy more..And what is not lacking in our city are good pharmacies and real and great pharmacists. May God bless the good people and who carry out their professions with true love in the Heart.
