★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei da experiência na hora do pagamento, pois as maquininhas (pinpad) tem suporte a pagamento por aproximação, mas eles não aceitam pagar por aproximação. Perigoso e triste isso, medo de pegar o COVID-19

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 13 do mês corrente as 10:30h tive uma das piores experiências no mini mercado da rede mais distrito industrial. Estava acompanhada do meu marido que possui deficiência e éramos os próximos a serem atendidos , o lugar estava lotado, não tinha distanciamento social , não tinha álcool, nem demarcação de fila e muito menos caixa preferencial. Uma pessoa se aproveitou do caos e furou a ordem de atendimento alegando igualmente ser deficiente. Na ocasião aproveitamos a presença do gerente para solicitar que ele tomasse providências, pois a situação só ocorreu por não existir demarcação e definição de um caixa preferencial , palavras dele: " o mundo está louco.... Não tenho como adivinhar quem é preferencial ... A loja é muito pequena e entulhada não tem o que fazer." Logo , para o cliente fica a frustacao de ter seu direito retirado, a loja tem um gerente péssimo que não tem controle do processo muito menos aplica as leis e orientações sanitárias.

One person took advantage of the chaos and broke the service order claiming that he was also deficient. At the time, we took advantage of the manager's presence to request that he take action, as the situation only occurred because there was no demarcation and definition of a preferential cashier, his words: "the world is crazy .... I cannot guess who is preferred. .. The store is very small and cluttered and has nothing to do. " Therefore, for the customer there is the frustration of having his right withdrawn, the store has a terrible manager who has no control over the process, much less applies the laws and health guidelines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse supermercado tem pautado suas ações de marketing na oferta de alguns produtos com desconto, porém limitam bastante a oferta dos mesmos, além de permitir a compra de poucas unidades para cada cliente.
Entendo que eles devam limitar a quantidade para que mais consumidores possam ter acesso às ofertas, mas não precisam exagerar tanto na baixa quantidade ofertada nem no limite por consumidor.
This supermarket has based its marketing actions on offering some products at a discount, but they significantly limit their offer, in addition to allowing the purchase of a few units for each customer.
I understand that they should limit the amount so that more consumers can have access to the offers, but they don't need to exaggerate so much in the low amount offered or in the limit per consumer.
