★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! A blusa que era amarela clara voltou cinza, parece que colocaram para lavar com calça jeans. Outra coisa, coloquei 2 calças, 1 blusa, 2 camisas e uma roupa íntima para lavar, no dia seguinte só entregaram 1 blusa. Liguei para resolver a situação e com muito custo descobriram onde estavam as roupas. Me falaram que ia entregar as roupas, mas não entregaram, cheguei no hotel e recebi essa notícia. Não me ligaram para confirmar se foram entregues ou muito menos para me dar uma satisfação. Terrível!
Terrible attendance! The blouse that was light yellow has turned gray, it looks like they put it on for washing with jeans. Another thing, I put 2 pants, 1 blouse, 2 shirts and an underwear to wash, the next day they only delivered 1 blouse. I called to resolve the situation and with great effort they found out where the clothes were. They told me they were going to deliver the clothes, but they didn't, I arrived at the hotel and received this news. They didn't call me to confirm if they were delivered or even less to give me a satisfaction. Terrible!
