Comprei uma janela em 3 de novembro de 2021. Foi muito dificil conseguir agendar a medicao final e a data para instalacao, pois o setor responsavel, o Pos Vendas, parou de responder minhas mensagens (simples assim). Alerto que, conforme clausula contratual e informacao dada pela gerente apos assinatura do contrato de compra, todas as tratativas devem ser feitas com o pos vendas (depois de assinado o contrato). Mas eles descumpriram essa clausula. Desta forma, procurei varios setores da empresa, ate chegar no Guilherme, gerente de Nova Odessa que me ajudou a agendar a instalacao para 25 de janeiro de 2022. Nessa data, o tecnico veio fazer a instalacao, porem os vidros vieram com avaria e o fecho posicionado do lado errado (ou seja, falha no controle de qualidade). Foi me dado prazo de 20 dias para que os vidros corretos fossem instalados. Mas na data prevista, ninguem apareceu, nem responderam minha mensagem. Cansada de ser ignorada e do descumprimento flagrante do acordado, no dia seguinte, fiz uma reclamacao no site do Procon. A empresa entao me mandou mensagem dizendo que faria a instalacao em 4 de marco de 2022. Mas novamente ninguem apareceu. Contudo, mandaram mensagem agendando para o dia 14 de marco de 2022 quando efetivamente a instalacao foi feita. Acredito que se nao fosse pelo Procon, eu estaria ate agora esperando minha janela. Nao recomendo, pois nao cumprem contrato, nao cumprem prazo e precisei recorrer ao Procon para que meu problema fosse solucionado. Foram 4 meses de muito desgaste e a empresa nao tem postura profissional.
I bought a window on November 3, 2021. It was very difficult to be able to schedule the final medication and the date for installation, as the responsible sector, the After Sales, stopped responding to my messages (simple as that). I warn that, according to the contractual clause and information given by the manager after signing the purchase contract, all negotiations must be made with the after sales (after the contract is signed). But they broke that clause. Thus, I looked for several sectors of the company, until I arrived at Guilherme, manager of Nova Odessa who helped me to schedule the installation for January 25, 2022. On that date, the technician came to do the installation, but the glass came with damage and the clasp positioned on the wrong side (i.e. quality control failure). I was given a period of 20 days for the correct glass to be installed. But on the scheduled date, no one showed up, nor did they respond to my message. Tired of being ignored and of flagrant non-compliance with the agreement, the next day, I made a complaint on the Procon website. The company then messaged me saying they would do the installation on March 4, 2022. But again no one showed up. However, they sent a message scheduling for March 14, 2022 when the installation was actually done. I believe that if it weren't for Procon, I would still be waiting for my window. I don't recommend it, because they don't fulfill the contract, they don't meet the deadline and I had to resort to Procon for my problem to be solved. It was 4 months of a lot of wear and the company has no professional attitude.
