★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ar condicionado quebrado, tornava o lugar muito quente, muita gente, muito demorado a inspeção, o banheiro sem papel higiênico, com um público tão grande deveria ter mas consideração com o ser humano, somos nós que fazemos aquele lugar crescer, não queria nunca mas ir lá.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação com o atendimento realizado hoje 28.02.2023 às 18:30h na loja de vocês. Na hora de realizar a inspeção fui informado que o valor era maior que o combinado. A funcionário prestou um PÉSSIMO atendimento. Pedi para falar com a gerência e a mesma informou que não se encontrava. Na rádio 102.1 FM assim como na loja do matuto do gás o valor informado é R$200,00 na hora me cobraram R$270,00

Agora pode deixar tudo que estiver fazendo no dia e ter paciência na espera lá na recepção,só uma dica antes de ir olhe tudo em seu veículo pois a inspeção bem rigorosa não deixa passar nada nem uma lâmpada pingo d'água do farol ou até se tiver com pouco combustível no veículo.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui pela manhã, cheguei por volta de 08:30, 10:50 o documento já tava pronto e fui liberado, sem contar o melhor preço da região e ampla sala para espera com sucos e outros mimos pra quem quiser. Em 4 anos que faço inspeção em Recife foi o melhor local, voltarei na próxima com certeza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Numa escala de 0 à 10, onde 0 é extremamente insatisfeito e 10 é extremamente satisfeito, ficou da seguinte forma:
-Nota 10 à equipe de atendimento, supervisão e etc (Is@bele, Juli@na, S@ra, a moça de cabelos cacheados que agora esqueci o nome, o rapaz que parece com o MC TOCHA, a loirinha e à Sra que anotavam as placas no salão e todos os demais; ?????
-Nota 10 pela receptividade com refrescos, água, café, banheiro limpo e simpatia; ?????
-Nota 9 pelo tempo de espera. A inspeção é demorada porque precisa ser feita com responsabilidade, tenho consciência disso; ?????
-Nota 6,5 com relação à limpeza das cadeiras, principalmente as que ficam ao fundo do salão. Estas estavam extremamente sujas e com marcas de sandálias. Muuuuuito empueradas mesmo.
-Nota 6 com relação ao expositor de óculos (ofertados à R$50) no salão de espera. É meio discrepante.
Sem mais, considero indicar este ponto de Inspeção Veicular.
Resultado: Apesar de precisar melhorar em alguns poucos pontos (ao meu ver), é uma ÓTIMA empresa.

On a scale of 0 to 10, where 0 is extremely dissatisfied and 10 is extremely satisfied, it was as follows:
-Note 10 to the service team, supervision and etc (Is@bele, Juli@na, S@ra, the girl with curly hair that I forgot her name now, the boy who looks like MC TOCHA, the blonde and Mrs. they wrote down the plates in the hall and everyone else; ?????
-Note 10 for the receptivity with refreshments, water, coffee, clean bathroom and friendliness; ?????
-Note 9 for the waiting time. Inspection takes time because it needs to be done responsibly, I'm aware of that; ?????
-Score 6.5 in relation to the cleanliness of the chairs, especially those at the back of the hall. These were extremely dirty and with sandal marks. Soooo excited indeed.
-Note 6 regarding the eyewear display (offered at R$50) in the waiting room. It's kind of discrepant.
Without further ado, I consider indicating this point of Vehicle Inspection.
Result: Despite needing to improve in a few points (in my opinion), it is a GREAT company.
I highly recommend!!!!!!
