★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O supermercado tem bastante variedade. Mas pelo que percebi o atendimento não é satisfatório. Principalmente do pessoal do caixa que não dão nem bom dia, boa tarde e nem boa noite. No final das compras muitas das vezes não falam obrigada. E isso é o mínimo em uma empresa. Precisam melhorar bastante nesse quesito.
The supermarket has a lot of variety. But from what I understand the service is not satisfactory. Mainly from the cashiers who do not say good morning, good afternoon or good night. At the end of purchases, they often don't say thank you. And that's the minimum in a company. They need to improve a lot in this regard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chega mercadoria 2x na semana (terça e quinta). Mas ainda assim tem muito produto estragado nas gôndolas do sacolão. Pouca variedade.
Goods arrive twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday). But there is still a lot of spoiled product on the shelves of the grocery store. Little variety.

Um dos proprietários, o senhor Heron, não sei bem se é dessa forma que escreve, deixou claro q faz acepção de pessoas ou de classe social outro dia. Estava eu na fila do caixa com minha mãe ja idosa para passar nossas compras, vi que tinha uma família conhecida que por sinal admiro mt na fila do caixa rápido passando compra grande, lógico que fui para determinada fila tbm pq só tinha essa compra naquele caixa e o próprio Heron fez questão de embalar a compra daquele cliente conhecido. O problema é que qd chegou a nossa vez ele simplesmente saiu, não providenciou outro empacotador e nem avisou a operadora do caixa. Fica a pergunta: meu caro senhor, a caso o dinheiro do outro cliente é diferente do meu? Tem mais valor? Só pra constar, minha mãe começou a empacotar as compras, coisa q é normal em outras cidades, mas aqui não, aí um funcionário mt gentil, diferentemente do DONO veio e empacotou o resto das compras. Ta aí pq só dei 3 estrelas, as outras duas q deveria dar o proprietário tirou.
Great space, good price, but I went through a sorry episode. One of the owners, Mr. Heron, I'm not sure if that's the way he writes, made it clear that he means people or social class the other day. I was in the checkout line with my elderly mother to pass our groceries, I saw that there was a family I knew that I admire a lot in the quick checkout line passing large purchases, of course I went to a certain line too because there was only this purchase in that cashier and Heron himself made a point of packing the purchase from that well-known customer. The problem is that when it was our turn he simply left, didn't provide another packer and didn't even notify the cashier. The question remains: my dear sir, is the other customer's money different from mine? Have more value? Just for the record, my mother started to pack the groceries, which is normal in other cities, but not here, then a very kind employee, unlike the OWNER, came and packed the rest of the groceries. It's there because I only gave 3 stars, the other two that should have given the owner took it away.
