Fiz uma encomenda de salgados congelados, e nesse pedido especifiquei quais sabores eu queria. Cheguei em casa e quando abri a caixa não tinha quase nada do que eu pedi. Entrei em contato com a loja e falaram que devolveriam meu dinheiro, porém eu já estava com a festa marcada e não teria outro salgado do meu gosto para servir. Será que a devolução de dinheiro é suficiente para reparar um dano causado por falta de atenção e descaso com o cliente? Com certeza não!! Lamentável porque nunca mais compro nesse lugar e nuca recomendo para ninguém.
I had a bad experience with the unit of Francisco Morato (unit of João Mendes Junior Street in front of Miriam Stores). I made an order of frozen salads, and on that request I specified which flavors I wanted. I got home and when I opened the box I had almost nothing I asked for. I got in touch with the store and they said they would give me back my money, but I already had the party marked and I would not have another salty one of my taste to serve. Is the return of money enough to repair a damage caused by lack of attention and disregard for the customer? Certainly not !! It's unfortunate because I never buy this place again and never recommend it to anyone.
