★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei uma impressora para orçamento e não respondem email, telefone ou whatsapp. Caso você more perto da loja, talvez valerá o conserto; caso contrário terá que ir lá pra ver um mísero orçamento, não deram nenhuma posição do produto e não respondem ao chamado. Uma pena.
I left a printer for quote and do not respond to email, phone or whatsapp. If you live near the store, it might be worth the repair; otherwise you'll have to go there to see a measly budget, they haven't given any product position and don't respond to the call. A feather.

Fast service. After a short registration, my printer was left for evaluation. Unfortunately it didn't fix it but I already bought a new one right there with discount and warranty. The parking lot is on the side down a ramp. Just inform the concierge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais faço serviço com essa autorizada... fui na loja e me disseram q ficaria pronto no dia seguinte... fiz contato pelo whatsapp e me disseram q apenas o orçamento sairia em 5 dias uteis...
apos isso, fiz o pagamento e demoraram mais de 10 dias para apenas enviar a nota do serviço e mais alguns dias para entregarem a impressora...

I never work with this authorized service again... I went to the store and they told me it would be ready the next day... I made contact via whatsapp and they told me that only the budget would come out in 5 working days...
after that, I made the payment and it took more than 10 days to just send the service note and a few more days to deliver the printer...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei no site da Epson, escolhi uma autorizada da minha casa que é longe, fui mesmo assim até ela e levei a minha impressora dia 24/02, devido o papel estar agarrando ao sair da impressão, o rapaz que me atendeu e fez meu cadastro havia anotado meu e-mail e telefone errados, eu vi no papel que ele me deu e eu o alertei que estaria errado, ele então disse que atualizou e corrigiu no computador. Um senhor que estava com ele arrumando outras impressoras me disse que o conserto era simples, rápido e que ficaria em torno de R$ 180,00 mas que eles entrariam em contato rápido porque era algo simples mesmo. Após estas informações resolvi então deixar o produto. Passados alguns dias tentei contato pelo telefone chamou e ninguém atendeu. Enviei um zap e ninguém respondeu. No dia 12 de Março me enviaram um zap dizendo que o valor do orçamento seria R$ 420,00! Achei um absurdo tanto do valor como do senhor ter me passado uma prévia tão abaixo porque a impressora está quase saindo o preço de uma nova...mas ainda assim autorizei o conserto e me informaram que na semana que passou ficaria pronta mas novamente não ficou e nem entraram em contato para dar uma satisfação...entrei em contato hoje e disseram que irão passar um novo orçamento! Enquanto isso estou sendo prejudicada no trabalho porque dependo dela para trabalhar. Imprimo contratos, inventários, dentre outros.
I went to Epson's website, chose an authorized one from my house, which is far away, I went to her anyway and took my printer on 02/24, due to the paper being gripping when it came out of printing, the guy who answered me and made my registration had written down my wrong email and phone, i saw it on the paper he gave me and i warned him it would be wrong, he then said he updated and corrected it on the computer. A gentleman who was with him fixing other printers told me that the repair was simple, quick and would cost around R$180.00 but that they would get in touch quickly because it was really simple. After this information I decided to leave the product. After a few days I tried to contact the phone called and no one answered. I sent a zap and no one responded. On March 12th they sent me a zap saying that the budget amount would be R$ 420.00! I thought it was absurd both of the value and of you having given me a preview so low because the printer is almost leaving the price of a new one... but still I authorized the repair and they informed me that it would be ready in the week that passed but again it was not and they didn't even get in touch to give a satisfaction...I got in touch today and they said they will issue a new quote! Meanwhile, I'm being harmed at work because I depend on her to work. I print contracts, inventories, among others.
