★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Existe um telefone, mas ninguém atende... pode é ligar em qualquer horário! Quer dizer que pra obter uma informação apenas é melhor ligar pra fábrica do que pra eles...!!! Isso é que é comprometimento! O cliente ter que se deslocar podendo ter a informação mais fácil!!
There is a phone, but no one answers ... you can call anytime! It means that to get information it is only better to call the factory than them ... !!! That's commitment! The client has to travel and can have the information easier !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho um absurdo uma taxa fixa de deslocamento no valor de R$ 50,00. Sendo que deveria ao menos ter uma tabela por bairros. Esse valor é extremamente abusivo, pois é inadmissível um deslocamento praticamente para o mesmo bairro nesse valor. Nem um táxi da minha casa para o Aeroporto que é mais distante tem esse valor!
I find it absurd to have a fixed travel fee of R $ 50,00. That should at least have a table by neighborhoods. This value is extremely abusive, since it is inadmissible to travel practically to the same neighborhood in this value. Not a taxi from my house to the airport that is farther away has this value!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonitos caros porem o meu deu problemas dentro do prazo de garantia e agora eles eatao pedindo pra depositar dinheiro para concertar o portao msm na garantia isso nao existe. Insastifeito. Epresa nao respeita o codigo de defesa consumidor.
Pretty expensive but mine gave problems within the warranty period and now they are asking to deposit money to fix the msm gate in the warranty that doesn't exist. Dissatisfied. Epresa does not respect the consumer protection code.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa super desorganizada. Funcionários mal treinados que não sabem resolver o problema do cliente. Os técnicos não resolvem nunca o problema do cliente , portão sempre volta com defeito. Os atendentes da central não entram em contato com o cliente pra informar quando será devolvido o portão se o cliente não ficar indo atrás o portao não volta nunca. Péssimo péssimo péssimo.
Super disorganized company. Poorly trained employees who do not know how to solve the customer's problem. The technicians never solve the customer's problem, the gate always comes back defective. The attendants of the central do not contact the customer to inform when the gate will be returned if the customer is not going after the gate never comes back. Lousy lousy lousy.
