Solicitei um remédio para dor na garganta e me enviam um com mesmo nome mas para aftas e estomatite. Solicitei a devolução do valor, falaram que iriam me devolver, contudo, perderam meu contato, não fizeram o mínimo para procurar a venda no sistema e me dar o retorno. Após horas tive que ligar novamente, falaram que não sabiam se poderiam dar estorno no cartão, que a maneira mais fácil de resolver seria me dando um vale trocas. Quero meu dinheiro de volta!!!!!!
Service failed. Incompetence and lack of professionalism to resolve financial situations. I asked for a medicine for sore throat and they sent me one with the same name but for thrush and stomatitis. I asked for the value to be returned, they said they would return it to me, however, they lost my contact, they didn't do the least bit to look for the sale in the system and give me the return. After hours I had to call again, they said they didn't know if they could refund the card, that the easiest way to solve it would be to give me a change voucher. I want my money back!!!!!!
