Bad service, they sold me the wrong product, didn't make the switch, and didn't pay off the amount I paid in cash. I will have to go to PROCON. Bottom line: If you buy something go to a store that has qualified sellers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, pouco caso e má vontade. Liguei com antecedência e me informaram que havia o produto, quando fui retirar não o encontrei, não houve o menor interesse em ajudar por parte das vendedoras.
Poor service, little case and ill will. I called in advance and they informed me that there was the product, when I went to pick it up I didn't find it, there was no interest in helping from the sellers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito pouco caso com cliente , comprei portas e janelas , um batente da porta veio torto procurei eles pra trocar e fazem muito pouco caso , colocam prazo que não entrega , visualizam as mensagens e não responde .
Pra vender foram ótimos mas pra resolver problemas são PÉSSIMOS.
Não recomendo.
Very little case with clients, I bought doors and windows, a door frame came crookedly, I looked for them to change and they do very little case, they put in a deadline that doesn't deliver, they visualize the messages and don't respond.
To sell they were great, but to solve problems they are lousy.
I do not recommend.
