★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima vontade de trabalhar, subiu na rampa tão rápido que conseguiu desmontar a máquina e no final ainda falou que nao ia dar certo, fui noutra oficina e deu tudo certo, não recomendo nem de graça.
 Terrible desire to work, he climbed the ramp so fast that he managed to dismantle the machine and in the end he said it wouldn't work, I went to another workshop and everything worked out, I don't even recommend it for free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo e 6hrs de espera,a maioria dos funcionários antipáticos!!!! Não recepciona os clientes bem,trata como fosse nada.nunca fiquei jogado em uma oficina sem ter atenção.
Terrible service and 6hrs of waiting, most of the obnoxious employees!!!! Doesn't welcome customers well, treats it like nothing. I've never been thrown into a workshop without paying attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta oficina fica localizada no estacionamento do Extra da Av. Roberto Freire, em Natal, e realiza serviços de troca de pneus e suspensão em automóveis. Em geral, o pessoal compra pneus no Extra e vem colocá-los na oficina. No meu caso, comprei os pneus pela Internet, mandei entragá-los na oficina e fiz a troca. Também troquei os amortecedores do carro na oficina. Infelizmente, a oficina não dispõe de um tanque de água para verificar vazamentos em pneus. Também não sugeriu a troca dos "pitos" dos pneus durante a troca dos mesmos. Tive que ir em outra oficina para realizar um serviço complementar.
This workshop is located in the Extra parking lot on Av. Roberto Freire, in Natal, and performs tire change and suspension services for cars. In general, people buy tires at Extra and come to the workshop. In my case, I bought the tires over the Internet, had them delivered to the workshop and exchanged them. I also changed the car's shock absorbers at the workshop. Unfortunately, the garage does not have a water tank to check for tire leaks. It also did not suggest changing the "spikes" of the tires during the replacement of the same. I had to go to another workshop to perform a complementary service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BOA TARDE compro as pensei pro meu carro aí no extra a menina q me atendeu disse q eu ganha o alinhamento a montagem grátis fui coloca na hora q foi feito o serviso não fizeram o alinhamento eu disse q sou do interior e disse q ela leva 2 peneu pro meu tio pq ele tem carroça de boi quando eu ia saindo com o carro todos os rapazes q estava lá gritaram vai vende e com tom debochados quase q eu volto mais eu já estava atrasado pro trabalho ainda os rasto dos peneu ficaram diferentes chegando em casa foi na borracharia manda colocar do jeito correto

Adorei e só vou fazer os serviços do meu carro lá. Atendimento nota 10!!
