A troca de pneus terminou por volta de 12h mais não ia ser alinhado
Tive que falar que não ia sair sem o carro alinhado, o gerente alinhou mais não trocou e não perguntou sobre a troca das válvulas.
Peço que sejam mais pontual e que organizem a equipe de trabalho.
Were not punctual the workshop says that opens from 9am when they arrived it was more than 10am
The tire change ended around 12pm but it wasn't going to be lined up
I had to say that I wasn't going to leave without the car aligned, the manager lined up more, he didn't change and he didn't ask about changing the valves.
I ask you to be more punctual and to organize the work team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Muito demorado, cheguei por volta das 10:30 da manhã e saí de lá 13,20 só pra montar pneus. As peças são caras... enfim, nunca mais volto lá!!!
I do not recommend. Very delayed, I arrived around 10:30 in the morning and left there at 13.20 just to mount tires. The pieces are expensive... anyway, I'm never going back there!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há cerca de 6 meses foi realizar a troca de uma peça e me falaram que as bandejas de suspensão dianteiras estavam precisando ser trocadas, tive receio mas decidi trocá-las. Ontem, apenas 10 dias após o término da garantia do serviço, meu carro fez um barulho horrível durante uma curva e para minha surpresa quando cheguei em casa, estava a bandeja de suspensão recém trocada partida ao meio. Das duas uma: ou a peça era de mal qualidade ou foi colocada errada. Enfim, não recomendo para ninguém - falta de transparência (não entregam as peças antigas e nem as caixas da nova) e risco sobre sua vida.
About 6 months ago I went to replace a part and they told me that the front suspension trays needed to be changed, I was afraid but decided to change them. Yesterday, just 10 days after the service warranty expired, my car made a horrible noise while cornering and to my surprise when I got home, the newly replaced suspension tray was split in half. One of two things: either the piece was of poor quality or was placed wrong. Anyway, I don't recommend it to anyone - lack of transparency (they don't deliver the old parts or the new boxes) and risk on your life.
