★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em tempos de pandemia oferece excelente serviço a um também excelente custo -benefício devido a alta no preços da luz, gás, combustíveis que fez que eu mantivesse os serviços mesmo na pandemia e não precisasse reduzir esse custo e o considerar supérfluo pois a carga via home Office aumentou e a lavanderia tornou se por esse motivo minha parceira, já sou cliente antiga e onde ela estiver levarei minhas roupas em agradecimento por todo cuidado comigo enquanto cliente . Maria foi um anjo que nos ajudou com o processo de mandar lavar/devolver as roupas de meu filho pq ele nunca tinha morado sozinho e nessas horas esses processos preocupam as mães! Falamos muito por zqp e resolvemos tudo.
Em junho a conheci pessoalmente e constatei a simpatia que ela é! Conheci Erick que tb é muito agradável! Enfim, super recomendo a lavanderia! Procurem Maria! Ela eh top!!! Gratidão! ?

I loved Vila Clementino's laundry. I live in Salvador and my son is doing medical residency there at HSP. Maria was an angel who helped us with the process of having my son's clothes washed/returned because he had never lived alone and at these times these processes worry the mothers! We talk a lot for zqp and we solve everything.
In June I met her in person and saw how nice she is! I met Erick who is also very nice! Anyway, I highly recommend the laundry! Look for Mary! She is top!!! Gratitude! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente minha experiência na lavanderia foi péssima. Deixei um terno novo para lavar e foi devolvido sujo e com o forro descolado. Depois de devolver o terno outras duas vezes para que fosse consertado, infelizmente o terno continuou inutilizável. O Fernando (que se identificou como proprietário) ao invés de se preocupar em resolver o problema, não assumiu o erro e ainda me acusou de ter levado um terno velho e antigo que já estava desgastado (detalhe, foi a primeira vez que levei o terno para lavar). Conclusão, além de um péssimo serviço, a postura do Fernando (suposto proprietário) é totalmente amadora, quase infantil. Não recomendo.

After returning the suit two more times to have it fixed, unfortunately the suit remained unusable. Fernando (who identified himself as the owner) instead of worrying about solving the problem, he didn't accept the mistake and even accused me of taking an old and old suit that was already worn out (detail, it was the first time I took the suit to wash). Conclusion, in addition to a terrible service, Fernando's (supposed owner) posture is totally amateur, almost childish. I do not recommend.
