★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive hoje na loja da Conde de Bonfim por volta das 15h. Após ter colocado meus itens no caixa, a atendente colocou a placa "Caixa Fechado" antes das minhas compras no mesmo momento que a atendente ao lado abriu o seu caixa. Aguardei alguns instantes, nada foi dito. Retirei os itens para ir ao caixa ao lado, quando a atendente gritou que iria minha atender, que não havia me retirado dali, dentre outras coisas. Como é de conhecimento de todos, quando a placa é colocada, o cliente que vem depois não será atendido. Caso seja, deve-se verbalizar. No entanto, claramente, a voz dela só funciona em alto e bom som para constranger cliente que está certo.
Sei que esse relato não será lido nem nada será feito, pois verifiquei no Reclame Aqui que não há qualquer intenção da empresa em melhorar seus serviços, como também não há email SAC ou Ouvidoria. Mas, farei a minha parte e aconselharei outros a comprarem em outro local.
 I was at the Conde de Bonfim store today around 3pm. After placing my items in the cashier, the attendant placed the sign "Caixa Closed" before my purchases at the same moment that the attendant next door opened her cashier. I waited a few moments, nothing was said. I removed the items to go to the next cashier, when the attendant shouted that she would answer me, that she hadn't removed me from there, among other things. As everyone knows, when the sign is placed, the customer who comes after will not be served. If so, it must be verbalized. However, clearly, her voice only works loud and clear to embarrass customer who is right.
I know that this report will not be read nor will anything be done, as I verified in Reclame Aqui that there is no intention of the company to improve its services, as well as there is no SAC email or Ombudsman. But I will do my part and advise others to buy elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a este supermercado as 12:20 no Catete perguntei se fazia o atendimento de tele venda para cobrar na residência, me informaram que sim.
Peguei o carrinho e fui fazer as compras, não me deram nem o canhoto, outros mercados faz esse tipo de serviço para ter controle. Enfim, liguei as 16:30 e outra atendente me informou que as compras iriam chegar na minha residência antes de fechar o supermercado no qual fecha às 20:30. Bem estou aguardando até o momento e as minhas compras não chegaram na minha residência. Indignada por isso só dou uma estrelinha.
I went to this supermarket at 12:20 pm in Catete, I asked if they did the telesales service to collect at the residence, they informed me that yes.
I took the cart and went to do the shopping, they didn't even give me the left-handed, other markets do this type of service to have control. Anyway, I called at 16:30 and another attendant informed me that the purchases would arrive at my residence before closing the supermarket which closes at 20:30. Well I'm waiting so far and my purchases have not arrived at my residence. Indignant that I only give one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiny supermarket that makes you squish through corridors full of clients to get where you want. It's always crowded even if it's an expensive place.
It has a surprisingly big variety of products, but mostly overpriced. Staff is awful and disrespectful.
There is a much better option at Largo do Machado.
