I bought silicone and resin from this company. My products arrived earlier than expected and I called the company twice to inquire about technical issues and the staff was always very helpful and kind. I had a great impression about the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi bem ruim , no telefone , dizia ser 2 minutos de espera e fiquei por duas vezes mais de 20 minutos escutando um música ruim , a loja vazia na rua Enéas , e ninguém atende o telefone .

Pessimo atendimento ...
Toda resina ""líquida "" escorre independente do valor .
Descrevi o produto ,o senhor que me atendeu disse que não havia este produto na loja, e pra finalidade que mencionei ela me sugeriu outro tipo de resina 300% mais cara ?. (Está não escorre ?)
Mostrei a ele o que eu queria ,felizmente havia na loja ,solicitei o piguimento "" ele disse que não tinha,mas felizmente havia ""inclusive visualizei a caixa quase completa, concluído o pedido solicitei a nota ele me trouxe um papel sem valor fiscal, solicitei a nota e ainda me perguntou se eu queria a nota fiscal ?,eu confirmei .
Tirou a corrente da entrada da loja, pra fazer o cadastro pra emissão da nota e nao colocou novamente a corrente.
Resultado entrou um casal ,+ 3 pessoas na loja fizeram tur e foram atendidas no balcão.

Rótulo do produto diz que a FISPQ deve ser solicitada no número (11)2407-1840, mas ligando neste número eles se recusam a enviar a FISPQ dizendo que só a loja pode enviar o documento.
Liguei na loja e fiquei quase 20min na linha esperando ser atendida e desisti pela demora.
Precisam melhorar muito o atendimento e atualizar os rótulos!
They sell products classified as dangerous but do not provide any technical literature.
Product label says that the MSDS must be requested at (11)2407-1840, but calling this number they refuse to send the MSDS saying that only the store can send the document.
I called the store and stayed on the line for almost 20 minutes waiting to be answered and gave up due to the delay.
They need to improve service a lot and update the labels!
