★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presencialmente o atendimento é bom,mas ao telefone o serviço fica muito a desejar... Total falta de respeito com o cliente. Atendem com desinteresse,transferem a ligação no meio do pedido e desligam. Muito decepcionante o teleatendimento,principalmente nesse tempo de pandemia.
In person the service is good, but on the phone the service is very much to be desired ... Total lack of respect with the customer. They answer with disinterest, transfer the call in the middle of the request and hang up. Telemarketing is very disappointing, especially in this time of pandemic.
