★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, não recomendo. Coloquei uma rede de proteção pra gatos. Em menos de 5 meses já arrebentou em 4 lugares. Tentando entrar em contato com eles, mas depois de relatar o problema não me atendem mais.
Terrible, would not recommend. I put a net of protection for cats. In less than 5 months it has already broken up in 4 places. Trying to get in touch with them, but after reporting the problem they will not listen to me any more.

Como eu não tinha precisado antes de tela nas janelas, quis tirar algumas dúvidas com os dois instaladores sobre a melhor forma de colocá-las para que perdêssemos o mínimo de espaço no peitoril. A resposta (visivelmente impaciente, hostil e com intenção intimidadora) foi: "você vai querer o serviço ou não vai?!". Dispensei imediatamente e liguei na empresa para relatar o ocorrido. Não atenderam mais, e sequer ligaram para saber o motivo de a instalação não ter sido feita. Não recomendo absolutamente. Encontrei outra empresa (TECE Redes) que fez o serviço esclarecendo todas as minhas dúvidas, com agilidade, atenção, e dando soluções onde os instaladores da "Redes de proteção BH" colocaram impedimento!
I scheduled the service and arrived 3h late. As I had not needed before the screen in the windows, I wanted to take some doubts with the two installers on the best way to put them so that we lost the minimum of space in the sill. The response (visibly impatient, hostile and with intimidating intent) was: "will you want the service or will not you ?!". I immediately dispatched and called the company to report what happened. They did not answer any more, and did not even call to find out why the installation had not been done. Would not recommend it at all. I found another company (TECE Redes) that did the service clarifying all my doubts, with agility, attention, and giving solutions where the installers of the "Networks of protection BH" put impediment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa sem o minimo de comprometimento, fiz o agendamento com eles, aprovei o orçamento sem nenhum questionamento. Nao foram executar os serviços e simplismente nem deram o parecer do nao comparecimento, simplismente nao foram. Não indico a ninguem.
Company without the minimum commitment, I booked with them, approved the budget without any question. They did not go to perform the services and simply did not give the opinion of the non-attendance, they simply were not. I don't refer anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima! Marcaram para fazer a instalação às 14h30, só foram chegar às 17h sem dar nenhum tipo de justificativa e ainda sem fazer nenhum contato pra avisar que iriam atrasar... E o pior, além de terem chegado com 2 horas e meia de atraso, NÃO REALIZARAM O SERVIÇO!! Péssimo! Zero compromisso e responsabilidade com o cliente!
