Fiz alguns orçamentos antes de fechar com essa empresa, e quase fui enganado por outra empresa que tentou empurrar uma rede nova quando bastava fazer reparos...  Well-trained professionals. They were polite, caring and met my needs. I made some budgets before closing with this company, and I was almost deceived by another company that tried to push a new network when it was enough to make repairs... Staff arrived on time, clean service and a super fair price. All polite and very helpful. I put it in two apartments, for a total of 10 windows. They were quick and hassle-free. I looked at the service afterwards and it was a beauty. My bank had a problem at the time of the pix and the staff asked me to transfer later. No stress. Total trust. I recommend

They put the nets in four windows and even with the awnings and an air conditioning they were very fast and the price charged was very fair! They did an excellent job, I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive a melhor experiência possível! Melhor custo benefício da região, equipe muito atenciosa e simpática mesmo pelo WhatsApp. Orçamento feito de maneira rápida e quando da instalação a fizeram de maneira rápida, segura e o resultado final ficou incrível.
Tenho duas yorkshires é um gatinho em casa e fiquei preocupada com a interação deles durante a instalação (devido ao barulho de furadeira, da própria equipe, etc.), mas, novamente, não tive nenhum problema pois a equipe foi muito ágil, rápida e nada barulhentos!
Estou muito feliz com serviço contratado e vou indicar certamente!
I had the best experience possible! Best value for money in the region, very attentive and friendly staff, even through WhatsApp. Budget done quickly and when the installation was done quickly, safely and the end result was amazing.
I have two yorkshires and a kitten at home and I was worried about their interaction during the installation (due to the noise of the drill, the team itself, etc.), but again, I had no problem as the team was very agile, fast and nothing noisy!
I am very happy with the contracted service and I will definitely recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá Thiago! Bom dia! Tudo bem? Então, eu serei bem sincera no meu feedback pois acho importante para vocês. Eu não gostei do serviço e provavelmente não indicaria. Os meninos foram educados sim e não tenho do que reclamar em relação a "pessoa" deles, mas em relação ao serviço sim. Eu escolhi a empresa de vocês pela avaliação positiva que vocês tem no google. Inclusive seu atendimento por aqui foi otimo e não tenho do que reclamar. Porém o atendimento na execução do serviço não foi de qualidade. Primeiro que, entendo que seja um serviço sim que acaba causando muita poeira, mas também acho que poderiam notificar os clientes para que cobrissem os moveis e utensílios evitando assim o maximo de sujeira possível. Ainda sobre limpeza, o pessoal da instalação poderia usar uma daquelas "proteção descartavel" para o calçado para não sujar a casa ao transitar por ela após pisar na poeira gerada pelos furos feitos. Gostaria de incluir também que os meninos não usaram mascara o que causa um desconforto. Quando foi furada a parede da varanda, aparentemente parte da "parede" estava molhada e por algum motivo acabou caindo um pedaço da parede e eu só fui informada NO FINAL da instalação, não foi oferecido nenhum desconto por isso e vou ter que gastar dinheiro para fazer o reparo e acho que isso poderia ter sido facilmente evitado se o local da instalação tivesse sido inspecionado antes.
Hello Thiago! Good Morning! How are you? So I'll be very honest in my feedback because I think it's important for you. I didn't like the service and probably wouldn't recommend it. The boys were polite yes and I have nothing to complain about their "person", but in relation to the service yes. I chose your company because of the positive evaluation you have on google. Even your service here was great and I have nothing to complain about. However, the service in the execution of the service was not of quality. First of all, I understand that it is a service that ends up causing a lot of dust, but I also think that they could notify customers to cover the furniture and utensils, thus avoiding as much dirt as possible. Still about cleaning, the installation staff could use one of those "disposable protection" for shoes to avoid dirtying the house when walking through it after stepping on the dust generated by the holes made. I would also like to include that the boys did not wear masks which causes discomfort. When the balcony wall was drilled, apparently part of the "wall" was wet and for some reason a piece of the wall ended up falling off and I was only informed AT THE END of the installation, no discount was offered for this and I will have to spend money to repair and I think this could have easily been avoided if the installation site had been inspected earlier.
