★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte de conserto de celulares venda de peças e acessórios é otima, o atendente é bom a moça tambem, super atenciosa. Ano passado arrumei 3 aparelhos lá.
Agora para conserto de notebooks nao recomendo. O vendedor Rafael um grosso, muito ríspido, achei q foi uma impressão de um dia ruim mas ele é sempre assim (tive contato umas 3 vezes e em todas pareceu q ele estava me fazendo um favor), fora q nao parece muito interessado em resolver.. ficou com meu notebook 2 meses e simplesmente nao ligou uma vez pra informar que nao achava peças para consertar, ou dar parecer de nada. Chamei no whats nem respondeu.. Fui buscar o noot e simplesmente nao recomendo.
Se nao dava conserto, o mínimo era avisar!
The part of cell phone repair, sale of parts and accessories is great, the attendant is good too, the girl is super attentive. Last year I got 3 devices there.
Now for repairing notebooks I do not recommend. The seller Rafael is very rude, very harsh, I thought it was an impression of a bad day but he is always like that (I had contacted 3 times and in all of them it seemed he was doing me a favor), besides that he doesn't seem very interested in solving .. stayed with my notebook for 2 months and simply didn't call once to inform me that I couldn't find parts to fix, or to appear like nothing. I called on whats didn't even answer .. I went to get the noot and I just don't recommend it.
If it couldn't be fixed, the least was to let me know!
