★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, entregas super bagunçadas a gente fica esperando por horas e quando são cobrados eles dizem que entregaram para uma pessoa, pessoa na qual não existe, por que moro em um condomínio e nem o porteiro ligou avisando que o motoqueiro estava com a entrega na portaria.
Comigo já aconteceu isso 2x, são muito irresponsáveis, não se pode contar.
Very bad service, super messy deliveries we are waiting for hours and when they are charged they say they delivered to a person, a person in which it does not exist, because I live in a condominium and the doorman called warning that the biker was with the delivery Ordinance.
With me this happened 2x, they are very irresponsible, one can not count.

Outro dia pedi novamente e demorou muito a entrega, mandei msg e responderam com emojis de 'risos' disse que já tinha saído para entrega, e depois disso ainda demorou 30 minutos pra chegar. Um descaso com o cliente. E isso acontece sempre não só comigo, os vizinhos também reclamam. A comida é boa , mas o atendimento é péssimo, e com a demora chega gelada. Não recomendo. Existe vários outros lugares para almoçar Melhor que esse local.
I ordered marmitex and it came exchanged. The other day I asked again and the delivery took a long time, I sent a message and they replied with 'laughs' emojis I said it had already left for delivery, and after that it still took 30 minutes to arrive. A disregard for the customer. And this always happens not only to me, the neighbors also complain. The food is good, but the service is terrible, and it arrives cold after a while. I do not recommend. There are several other places to have lunch better than this place.
